One-Time Exchange & Shipping Policy
Each order is eligible for only one exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
After the first exchange has been completed, no further exchanges will be offered under our standard policy. If you wish to send the exchanged product back again, you will need to arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself. Kashmir Wear will not bear the shipping costs for any subsequent return or exchange request.
This condition does not limit any remedies available to customers under applicable law.
To be eligible for a return &exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
